It makes real-time recommendations on how to correct swim technique – including analyzing head pitch, head roll, and time to neutral. HeadCoach builds personalized workouts, including drills, based on a swimmer’s history and gives tips on how to make further technique-based improvements.
Swimmers can follow over 1500+ workouts and 45+ training plans directly from the goggles display. Workouts, plans and completed swims auto-sync to the FORM app via Bluetooth. Swim data can also be seamlessly shared to other platforms including Strava, TrainingPeaks, and Apple Health, to name a few.
