The new Smeg combi steam oven opens up endless possibilities for preparation and cooking, thanks to the implementation of the GALILEO Multicooking Technology, which consists of a complete redesign of the cavity of Smeg ovens, derived from in-depth studies in the field of thermo-fluid dynamics. This technology guarantees extreme versatility, high performance and simplicity in the use of its functions.
The compact and unmistakable design, characterized by soft, rounded lines reminiscent of the 50’s style small appliances collection, is the result of the company’s solid know-how in the production of appliances with a Made in Italy identity.
The stand cooker is available in six different colors that elegantly adapt to any style and context; from delicate pastel shades such as cream, light blue and green, to brighter ones such as red, white and black, capable of highlighting the chrome finishes of functional elements such as the handle and knobs with integrated buttons.

The new combi steam oven houses a totally renewed cavity with a capacity of 30 liters, characterized by an enameled metal finish that facilitates cleaning, making it suitable for the preparation of any type of dish.
The interface is managed by a practical LCD display, embellished with a frame that recalls the finish of the handle and other chrome elements, as well as two knobs with integrated buttons that guarantee maximum practicality of use.
The menu for traditional cooking allows for roasting, grilling and gratinating, baking, air-frying, reheating and defrosting food.
The menu for steam cooking, which is more targeted and gentle, is optimal for preparing ingredients such as meat, fish and vegetables, but also for pizza and bread baking. If necessary, it is possible to combine the steam functions with traditional cooking to add an extra touch to dishes, which thus achieves a soft inside and crispy outside texture. All made possible thanks to the injection of continuous steam inside the cavity, fed through a practical 800 ml capacity tank that is easy to remove and clean.
Finally, the Chef menu offers more than 30 preset recipes, divided into 5 categories (meat, fish, vegetables, desserts and bread), thanks to which it is possible to experiment with preparations linked to different culinary traditions and try your hand at cooking international recipes.
For an all-round user experience, a range of practical and indispensable accessories is also provided for experimenting in the kitchen, such as the traditional grill, the traditional pan and the perforated pan for steaming, the air frying basket perfect for crispy fried food but with less cooking fat.
