The Smeg Touch warming drawer allows you to keep food at the perfect temperature before serving it to your guests. Featuring a touch display with white LEDs, it guarantees simple and intuitive use, as well as greater precision in controlling temperatures and its functions.
The Touch warming drawer is available in Dolce Stil Novo and Linea aesthetics in Neptune Grey finish. The first is characterised by an elegant black glass with a copper profile, the same that distinguishes the other tall appliances of the Dolce Stil Novo aesthetics and that gives rigour to the surface, enhancing its visual impact. The second has a refined surface with a satin effect in a deep shade of grey that, again, echoes the colors, materials and finishes of the other tall appliances in the Neptune Gray aesthetic.
The linearity of the surfaces is given by the absence of handles, but rather by a push-pull mechanism that allows them to be opened by means of light pressure, while the Touch display positioned internally gives a clean and minimalist appearance. In addition to its characteristic aesthetic match, the Touch warming drawer is a complement for installation in a 60 cm niche together with a 45 cm built-in appliance such as an oven, wine cellar or blast chiller.
The Touch warming drawer completes the daily cooking experience, allowing the desired temperature to be reached in 5° increments from a minimum of 30° to a maximum of 85°. This is all thanks to a new electronic system that allows even more precise temperature control and, in combination with the Timer and Delay Timer function, allows you to set the exact time at which a certain function is to be started and to set its duration, or to delay its start-up from 1 h up to a maximum of 24 h, depending on your needs.
A white backlit LED on the outside will inform the user when the Touch Warming Drawer is in operation, so that he does not necessarily have to open it to check its status.
