The backrest is made of 100% recycled felt. Being composed of discarded cloth and thread in the spinning process, or waste plastic bottles, this felt material has less damaging impact to the environment.

Additionally, the designers adopt “bio-based” urethane foam, which can reduce CO2 emission, and ecofriendly upholstery manufactured in a closed-loop recycling process for the seat cushion. The optional backrest cushion is also made of 100% recycled material including a chipped urethane sheet. Being manufactured with these materials, CT300 makes it possible to lessen the environmental risk.
