Using the 12” main display and 7” IVI command screen, operators can access all machine controls without needing another display that’s blocking their vision. Using a mini steering eliminates the column and increases the visibility in wheeled excavators.
Biggest challenge of an operator cabin is the limited amount of space and visibility. Cabs are becoming crowded & costly with external components. Auxiliary control panels and displays take up space and limit operator movement. We provide a solution that creates a spacious cabin with Opera. With the 12” main display, operators can access any info they need without having to attach another display. Operators can interact with their machine with confidence by using our smart 7” command IVI. By connecting their phone, operator can answer calls over bluetooth with a swipe on the mini joystick screen, which also contains shortcuts to basic menu settings.
Opera combines essential components needed for auxiliary systems and offers it as a standard cab. Replacing bulky hydraulic components with minimal electric counterparts gives opportunity to utilize that space for operator comfort and needs. Opera consoles are designed to look and feel like they are hovering mid-air while the operator is performing their job seamlessly. Compared to mainstream design language in machinery cabs, Opera is an intriguing and welcoming experience that operators can feel at home. Each component can be replaced easily with detachable parts.
