Ceragem Master V7 integrates spinal technologies based on ergonomics. Mainly, design concepts were developed with a soft touch, using real materials and frames that envelop the body. Ceragem’s unique, simple heritage hexagon emphasizes ‘Simple & Perfection’. The restrained and refined minimalistic design creates an elegant and harmonious shape that seamlessly blends with various interior environments, leaving a subtle yet sophisticated first impression.
Its minimalistic and refined design, along with the availability of three color variations including beige, black, and brown, ensures that the product seamlessly blends into any interior environment. The design is user-focused, aiming to enhance the overall experience. Ceragem’s font and orange-based standard colors for the master series are used in the user interface (UI) to ensure high readability and intuitive use.
The inclusion of personal auto massage through spine scan and user detection allows for precise analysis of load, spine length, and curvature, resulting in improved usability as the motions automatically adjust and depth is controlled accordingly. In the spinal ceramic projectors, a flexible three-dimensional motion was adopted, enabling movements up, down, left, and right, thereby providing a 3D close pressure massage and enhancing the natural massage feeling.
The device structure is streamlined to eliminate unnecessary complexities and enhance simplicity. Seamless design is pursued by grouping colors and textures and applying them to both sides, ensuring a harmonized texture of premium leather in CMF. The comprehensive design includes folding mechanisms to reduce the product’s length.
The sliding sub-foot can be easily attached and detached, reducing the product’s size during “downtime” and creating harmony within indoor environments. Automatic up and down functions are implemented to enhance user convenience, and the horizontal structure overcomes the limitations of height differences commonly found in sliding structures. The side frame of the previous model is simplified from a three-piece structure to a two-piece structure, reducing costs and incorporating eco-friendly minimal plastic injection materials. Ongoing research is focused on eco-friendly methods and materials, including the transition from general ABS to PCR ABS (recycled materials).
