The MOTUS C14 is an electronic motor starter characterized by a slim and compact housing design. The C14-Technology realizes a very narrow construction width of only 22.5 millimeters.
In addition, the new fuseless technology guarantees that the motor starter remains intrinsically safe at all times. If necessary, overloads or short circuits in the motor feeder are switched off by the internal electronics within just ten microseconds. This means that the MOTUS C14 reacts faster than any fuse, and this is at a low system load (I²t value). The space-saving starter has integrated communication and measurement technology as well as an interactive, intuitive operating concept.
The MOTUS C14 is the latest interpretation of the own product design language of Wöhner including the typical organic accent. Translucent materials make technology and functionalities visible.
An operating concept via OLED display and an interactive, LED guided maintenance and fault management system were developed for the digital display and interaction requirements, enabling safe operation at all times.
