The myQ Secure View 3–in-1 Smart Lock, is a new addition to the myQ line of smart home products. The clean chamfers, smooth face, and illuminated button propels the myQ VBL into a new realm, while still keeping the high tech, friendly look of our current products. This 3-1 device is a combination of a doorbell, camera, and smart lock. With several ways to open the door, users can choose which access method works best for them. These include face, fingerprint, myQ app, PIN, and physical key.

Combining several functions into one device, we had several rounds of revisions to make sure that the user interactions with each component are seamless. The illuminated ring around the doorbell button offers feedback to the user depending on what function they are interacting with, while custom sounds augment the experience.

The addition of the doorbell and video camera with smart detection allows homeowners to know what is happening around their door and grant access at a single glance from anywhere around the globe. The myQ Video Smart Lock expands the ecosystem in an elegant way, continuing to make access simple, and the home more secure.
