The N’FERA Sport R is Nexen’s extreme performance summer tire developed for sports cars, performance sedans, and enthusiast drivers who participate in high performance driving events, autocross, and open track days.

From an external perspective, this tire has applied high-carbon black material to enhance friction and is designed with a maximized road contact area. These two features provide exceptional grip performance.

From an internal perspective, the tire features a dual high-strength steel belt with a two-ply polyester structure that focuses on high-speed stability and responsiveness. This structure maintains the tire’s shape even during dynamic handling.

Overall, thanks to its exceptional grip and robust internal structure, N’FERA Sport R is a product well-suited for use even in high-performance electric vehicles where wheel slip frequently occurs due to strong torque.

The first design feature is the step groove. The grooves in the tread are carved in a step-like structure. As the tire wears, this step-like design is gradually exposed, increasing the road contact area of tread. This wider contact area helps the tire maintain stable performance over an extended period.

The second design feature is replacement indicator design. We applied a circular indicator divided into two circles and one circle in the center of the tread. First, when two circles are erased, it means 50% wear. When the remaining one circle is erased, it means that the tire needs to be replaced. Consumers can intuitively know when to replace the tire just by looking at the tread.

The third design feature is the “N” identity. The groove on the right side of the tread are designed in the shape of an “N.” Inspired by the first letter of the brand name, this design not only represents the brand’s identity but also expresses a dynamic impression.
