Born from the encounter between artistic vision and advanced ceramic technology, the Nuer collection explores rhythm through relief—where light and material engage in a constant dialogue. A bold reinterpretation of the surface as a means of expression, Nuer redefines the function of wall cladding by moving beyond the tile as a purely decorative element, extending its impact across the entire surface.
In nature, what we perceive as a single colour is, in fact, a blend of countless shades. This connection between the natural and interior worlds—along with the chromatic gradation it offers—is reflected in Nuer through the precision of digital printing. The design is based on the repetition of a module with three angled faces, each featuring a distinct colour. These are crafted to create subtle tonal transitions that shift depending on the viewer’s perspective, angle, and distance. The format enables both large-scale colour fields and dynamic chromatic compositions.
Thanks to Livingceramics’ advanced digital printing technology applied to the tile’s three-dimensional form, it becomes possible to replicate nature-inspired gradients and colour pairings. This creates a seamless dialogue between interior and exterior spaces, enhancing the quality and emotional resonance of the environment.
