Omen by HP Transcend 14 is our thinnest and lightest gaming laptop yet, but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t have the ability to handle the toughest of graphical and processing bosses, too. It’s powerful and capable for work and gaming from anywhere.
Traditional gaming laptops are big, heavy, and less portable. HP believes gaming is for everyone, and the way to include people is by making a machine that is powerful enough for day to day, portable enough to go anywhere, with long battery life and bright screen. If it’s good enough for gaming, it’s good enough for all your computing needs, and light enough to take with you. It crosses over between school, work, and gaming.
HP Design placed 2x usb-c on the back, so that cables can be connected without cluttering the desk it’s on. Gamers like to have a mouse on the right side of the keyboard, even when using a laptop, and we want to keep the cord out of the way.
The enclosure is made from aluminum for thinness, lightweight, and strength. The keyboard is a lattice-less design that uses multicolor RGB 4-zone lighting with animated patterns configurable in software.
It’s available in shadow black or ceramic white.
