

We transformed the environmental impact reduction efforts from the Commercial division (ThinkPad) into a company-wide initiative.
Our goal was to elevate the Lenovo brand’s value while evaluating product packaging across the organization.
Through customer research, cross-departmental packaging analysis, team collaboration, and idea evaluation, we developed a core concept to unify design under the Lenovo brand, enhance sustainability efforts, reduce complexity, and maintain consistent customer experiences.
Additionally, we created design guidelines for implementation across the company.
