Pluma NEXITM cylinder is the first cylinder in the world with an integrated autonomous NEXITM IoT device that allows communication with a smartphone for gas level checking and fleet management, integrating Bluetooth, NFC, and QR Code technology.

Pluma NEXITM cylinder is a fully recyclable ultra-high-strength steel lightweight cylinder, with an anti-corrosion polymeric handle and base, increasing efficiency in transportation and helping clients with better ergonomics for mobility and a smartphone App for facility of use.
The App allows the customer to know when a cylinder is running out of gas, automatically order a new cylinder, have a history of consumption, and optimize different use device patterns.

The NEXITM IoT system allows the distributor to estimate the replacement needs of the empty cylinders, geographically manage the consumption points to optimize the delivery routes, and thus minimize the fleet by decreasing CO2 emissions and reducing the number of empty bottles stopped.

The NEXITM IoT device is constructed according to ATEX certification and is fixed to the cylinder, using a special design system that allows disassembly for refit or recycling. The built-in battery provides enough energy for 10-year use, at the same time cylinders must go under requalification.
