Equipped with touch controls for easy cleaning, the Smeg portable induction hob is compatible with pots and pans between 12 and 24 cm in diameter. The LED display allows you to select 9 power levels and manage cooking via a timer of up to 99 minutes.
To ensure easy and effective use, the control panel is equipped with the preset Keep Warm functions for keeping food at the right temperature, Barbecue, for perfect cooking of white and red meat, fish and vegetables and Fry for frying fresh, frozen and sweet food.
The Smeg portable induction hob includes a temperature probe designed to achieve the best results when cooking meat or fish. Two dedicated programmes make it easy to use: the Probe Target function allows you to set the desired temperature at the heart of the food, cooking it evenly so as to best preserve its nutrients.
The Probe Timer function allows you to set the desired temperature and maintain it for a set period of time, ideal for slow cooking.
