Rinnai® Tankless Water Heater RX·Series™ | 2022-2023
The RX•Series™ is a high-efficiency, condensing gas tankless water heater for residential and commercial use. This product efficiently heats water with less gas consumption by effectively utilizing exhaust heat. It is Rinnai America’s top-of-the-line tankless water heater model that contributes to a clean and healthy lifestyle. The instantaneous system heats water as long as it is needed, so there is no need to worry about running out of hot water, providing a comfortable shower time.
Compared to previous models, the new design of the heat exchanger has improved energy efficiency (UEF). The design of some of the major components has also made the unit significantly lighter and easier to install. In addition, the product has been newly equipped with Bluetooth. It can be connected to a dedicated mobile app and provide a simplified installation and maintenance experience, resulting in improving the workability of our plumbers.
By using an outdoor vent cap, Indoor appliances can be converted to outdoor appliances. This significantly reduces the number of SKUs that need to be stocked in distribution. With the new system, the same unit can be used without limiting the type of gas in the area of installation, offering additional flexibility and SKU count reduction.
The exterior design of the RX•Series™ is characterized by the vertical lines on both sides of the front panel and the silver color, expressing an upscale and refined design. This design has begun to be applied to Rinnai® tankless water heaters around the world, promoting globally unified branding.
The controls on the front panel indicate switch functions with pictograms that can be understood regardless of language. In addition, we aimed for an easy-to-understand, minimalist design with a matte black base color and white LED display.
The outdoor vent cap is shaped to seamlessly connect to the product when installed. The front of the vent cap can be opened without being removed, so the front panel of the tankless water heater can be easily removed for easy access and maintenance. The cap comes in a dark gray color that goes well with the silver color of the main body of the product.
