Philips is developing a new tech-forward approach to the design & planning of healthcare experiences across care settings. From the home to the hospital, future technology needs and workflows are depicted using an immersive web-based platform.

Working with Yale New Haven Health System and their architectural partners, the tool was developed to illustrate and explore desired patient, visitor, and staff experiences across a range of settings and workflows.

The tool helped gain consensus on enabling technologies to plan for in forthcoming building projects, and ultimately lead toward establishing care signature standards for the system at large.
