SFT 199-1 SUPERFLOW™ Condensing Tankless Water Heater | 2022

In February of 2023, IBC updated its Superflow™ Series to include SFT 199-1 Superflow Tankless which utilizes condensing technology, extracting more heat from the combustion process, resulting in higher efficiency and lower fuel consumption. The SFT Superflow is low NOX and employs IBC’s patented, tried-and-tested single-pass heat exchanger technology which incorporates a fully integrated copper coil, ensuring maximum heat transfer and minimal heat loss. The cold-water supply flows directly through the heat exchanger, condenses flue gases fully, and extracts as much heat as possible. SFT Superflow units have superior hard water performance compared to the competition due to the patented single-pass heat exchanger design.

Special features of the 199-1 SFT Superflow include an innovative wireless cascade feature that allows up to eight units to operate together, for instances where a single Superflow unit is not large enough. The SFT Superflow unit’s innovative wireless cascade technology is the first of its kind on any tankless product in the USA. Users can create a cascade system using multiple Superflow units to meet domestic hot water needs with the added benefits of greater efficiency and redundancy. The SFT Superflow wireless cascade system is incredibly easy to set up, yet flexible enough for more demanding applications.

The SFT Superflow controller functions as an interactive touch-sensitive panel with buttons that light up, showing indicators such as numbers, icons, or letters. Some of these indicators, when illuminated, signify boiler operational status while other indicators help to program the boiler. The SFT Superflow contains cutting-edge, solid-state electronics to control its gas valve, fan, and ignition.
