The Siegmund Welding Cell offers the user a simple and cost-effective entry into robot-assisted automation and series production. It is made up of components from a modular system, can be configured individually and can be expanded at a later date. The system is compatible with many robots and cobots on the market. The high safety standard allows for safe, protected operation.
The welding cell, together with a welding table as a basis, is made up of a few, very stable profiles and panels with standard dimensions. It is a cell system that can be expanded in all directions and that also expands an existing welding table program into an automated workplace.
Stable aluminum-plastic composite panels are used for the side and rear walls, which are connected with very stable, vertical connecting and corner profiles. The front doors have red-tinted, sweat-resistant safety glasses, which can also be used for the side walls instead of the aluminum panels.
The closed roof construction is based on the same modular principle. The roof can also be folded up using a rail system, for example with the support of an overhead crane to get better access to the workpieces to be machined. A powerful welding fume extraction system can be mounted directly on the roof of the cell.
The minimal, attractive appearance without decorative elements makes the welding cell a perfect addition to a modern, automated welding shop.
All aluminum profiles are precisely tailored to this product in terms of design and function. The verticals are consistently emphasized. The integrated LED strips also light up as vertical strips and indicate the operating status, whether the doors can be opened or remain closed. In contrast to the verticals, the horizontals are very discreet. No fastening grooves are visible from the outside on the profiles. Surface elements are almost flush with the aluminum profiles.
The overall result is an architectural appearance that radiates solidity, reliability and quality. The double doors at the front have red-tinted, weld spatter-resistant screen glass and ensure reliable protection against flashes during the welding process. The side walls and the backs are equipped with aluminum composite panels or also with red protective screens.
The welding cell has no superfluous cladding parts because every visible component also has its technical function. The customer can choose between two versions in black anodized aluminum or in natural anodized aluminum.
