The Elmo line is composed by a three-seater sofa, a two-seater sofa, an armchair and a footrest. We seek innovation in furniture design that stands out for its unique ability to adapt to a wide range of environments, meeting the needs of a contemporary lifestyle. With organic shapes and sinuous lines, Elmo upholstery offers assembly flexibility, allowing users to create fluid and hybrid arrangements that fits perfectly into residential, commercial and corporate spaces, while maintaining their elegance and functionality.
We designed the Elmo line to expand the reach of the Flexform brand, originally focused on the corporate market, to the residential furniture market, considering changes in contemporary lifestyles, in which the boundaries between living and working spaces are becoming more fluid. The purpose of the project is to meet this need, offering versatile upholstery that can be used in different contexts. This solves the problem of creating furniture that keeps up with the dynamism and changes in our lives, while maintaining the brand’s identity.
The execution of the project follows strict production standards, with a wooden structure, high-quality foam and top-of-the-line fabrics, providing unique and comfortable shapes, combined with a reliable production process.
The assembly flexibility and different fittings offered by the Elmo line are its main features. Ease of use is a highlight, as users can easily adjust the backrests to create different configurations. This meets the user’s needs, providing versatility and comfort.
The main differentiator of the Elmo upholstery line is its original and unique design, focused on occupying a segment of the market where the customer seeks quality and durability in an affordable way. The Elmo line stands out in the furniture market due to its ability to move seamlessly between residential, commercial and corporate environments, maintaining a unique design identity. Innovation lies in assembly flexibility and natural fits, as well as the combination of organic design with rigorous production standards.
The project’s sustainability is characterized by high-quality materials and rigorous production standards, ensuring the longevity of the furniture. Commercial results include expanding Flexform’s market into the residential segment, increasing market share and brand visibility while meeting the demands of an ever-evolving world.
