Solis is part of Arcanum, the new collection by Patricia Anastassiadis for Artefacto. Presented in March 2025 in Brazil and the USA. The Solis armchair is curved in leather and stands on a tripod, with lightness, but at the same time evoking the strength of a throne.

This piece was conceived as a gesture of welcome — its shape delicately resembles a basket, but above all, it speaks of contemporary ergonomics and spatiality. The leather and wood structure is an exercise in the honesty of materials: the wood supports, the leather adapts to the body and reveals the natural curvature of sitting. The inspiration comes from the ancient Roman thrones and the modernist concept that respects function without renouncing the poetry of forms. Here, three legs balance the seat that floats off the ground.
