

TMEA Multi-Turn Electric Actuator is designed to provide reliable and efficient fluid control solutions in various industries. The distinctive design which is in harmony with the well-planned engineering and functionality, distinguishes the TMEA as a robust and reliable actuator. The glossy black surface of the control panel and the matte grey of the aluminum covers create a remarkable contrast. User friendly interface is controlled by magnetic buttons and a magnetic pen which are specially developed for the product in order to ensure IP68 protection level and ergonomically usage.
The product is used in industrial areas with harsh environmental conditions. TMEA has a sophisticated engineering infrastructure. Every detail and component of the product serves a technical purpose and still maintains a strong and stunning design language. All mounting details are designed to meet the IP68 protection level in tough environmental conditions. This includes also the control panel. For this purpose, a magnetic pen and button set are specially developed for the product. A new terminal system ( pin-socket ) is designed for a better, more accurate, and faster wiring installation.
It is aimed to provide a visual integrity in the design of the actuator which consists of many parts and sections different in size and function. The design approach is built on the keywords ‘compact, ‘robust’ and ‘innovative’ which are promised by the product’s functionality and performance. General form language is totally consistent with integrity with details of screwing areas, cooling channels, control panels, and reinforcement elements. It’s intended to draw the attention of the user to the eye-catching control panel. User interaction was strengthened with a wide multi-color display.
TMEA Actuator is operated in two modes Local and Remote. It can be controlled remotely with the mobile application. The actuator offers a simple and comfortable use with the handwheel in manual mode. TMEA has a user-friendly UX/UI design. The interface is managed via an ergonomic magnetic pen and buttons. The structure is solid and lightweight thanks to reinforced alloy aluminum material. A terminal system is designed that make wiring installation much easier and faster.
By collecting data with a machine learning system, repair, and maintenance can be performed by anticipating potential errors by collecting data with the machine learning system. Thanks to this feature, unexpected system interruptions are prevented. As a result, productivity increases, and energy efficiency is ensured.
