

Historical, Idyllic, Classic, Picturesque, Mystical; Culture & Nature in harmony. The combination of city & countryside, of cosmopolitan lifestyle and fairytale country life is innovatively staged by this extraordinary stand construction made of natural materials, emotional XL-format imagery and more than 80m² of digital presentation area with the aim of an image-shaping presentation of the Hessian state. The stand construction is consistently designed to be sustainable and implemented as CO²-neutral.
The task was to present the Hessian tourism industry to trade visitors and media and to showcase the state of Hessen as an attractive travel destination for end consumers. The internationality, cosmopolitanism and multicultural diversity of Hessen as well as its tradition should be clearly recognizable in the image-defining stand presentation. Emotionality and perfect functionality determine the challenges of this project.
Visitors should be able to experience Hessen with all their senses. With the HESSEN brand family strategy, the aim is to make Hessen an experience for all the senses and to market it. A joint appearance of all participants with their regional and local differences and specialties is a charming way to present what is typically Hessian.
The three-dimensional translation of the brand essence and the three narratives is intended to create the feeling of a connection between town and country, a cosmopolitan way of life and fairytale country life. The new stand concept is intended to create a pleasant atmosphere with relaxing moments for visitors. A targeted, concise and large-format visual language is intended to achieve a wide and external impact – visual information takes precedence over linguistic.
