The UbiGrid DTM+ empowers electrical utilities and companies to actively monitor their power grids in real-time. Instant notifications on transformer load, power state, and condition, paired with our critical analytics, not only support predictive grid health, but also allow for rapid and informed responses to disasters. While Hurricane Ian ravaged Florida, UbiGrid DTM+ units installed in Naples successfully tracked and monitored the community’s power state and condition. Crews used this real-time data to efficiently dispatch assets where needed and expedite recovery for residents.

Built for compatibility with a variety of transformer capacities, types, and configurations, the universal main body platform of the UbiGrid DTM+ uses magnets to easily install to almost any transformer in the marketplace. Installers then attach the appropriate cables and sensors using connectors chosen for their ease of use while wearing protective equipment in tight spaces. Streamlining the mounting and attachment method results in reduced installation time and reduced cost for the utility. This universal platform design means utilities can either retrofit existing transformers in the field or deploy transformers with the platform already installed.

As soon as a UbiGrid DTM+ is connected to power, it is immediately integrated into Ubicquia’s suite of smart grid technologies. UbiVu™, Ubicquia’s web-based analysis and management tool, acts as the central hub to provide real-time insights and predictive analytics of the health and status of the grid. Utilities can see the entire breadth of data collected and access intuitive tools to make meaningful, data-driven decisions.
