To ensure year-round usability in Korea’s distinct four-season climate, the space is equipped with an enclosed structure and an HVAC system with air purification capabilities.

Additionally, a mist system is installed at the front to reduce fine dust and temperature, significantly enhancing the comfort of apartment residents.
