The Instant® Cold Brewer lets you make true cold brew coffee at home, in under 20 minutes (Compared to traditional 24-hour cold brewing). The unique FlashExtract™ technology produces cold brew without the heat and without the overnight wait.

Traditional cold brew through absorption methods requires a long steeping time. The Instant Brand design and engineering team designed a patent pending method to accelerate the extraction of the flavor without the bitterness of under-extraction. The new FlashExtract™ method results in a smoother, true cold brew coffee.

The design features a low-profile base with straightforward touch controls, sonic brand language and a simple, modern pure glass carafe. The touch controls and UX were designed with the Instant Sonic branding, audio cues are consistent across the Instant brand portfolio for a unified experience.

Consumers can use their favorite ground coffee and customize the brew strength to their own taste. The cold brewer can also make iced tea, using loose tea leaves to make iced tea in minutes. The removable glass pitcher holds up to 32 oz for brewing, serving and storing, and is dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.
